We don’t charge retainers in your first engagement. You pay for meetings that match your ICP and show up. If a meeting doesn’t fit your criteria, you don’t pay for it. Simple.
After we’ve proven results together, some clients move to a hybrid retainer-plus-performance model for predictability. But that’s a conversation we have when you’re ready, not a contract we push at the start.

Setup typically takes 1–2 weeks (infrastructure, list building, copy approval). Most clients see their first meetings booked in weeks 3–4. From there, volume compounds as the intelligence layer learns what's working for your audience.
Three things. First, we don't charge for activity — we charge for outcomes (qualified meetings). Second, our intelligence layer means campaigns get better over time, not stale. Third, we're founder-led — you work directly with someone who understands your business, not an account manager passing tickets.
Complete a detailed onboarding form (about 30 minutes), join a kickoff call, and approve the campaign assets before launch. After that, your only job is taking the meetings we book.
We define this with you during onboarding — typically based on company size, role of the contact, budget signals, and timing. If a meeting doesn't match what we agreed, you don't pay for it. No grey areas.
